Thank you for considering Rehabilitation Counselling with Dana. This pack is designed to help you understand what I offer, how I can support your goals under the NDIS, and what to expect from working together.


About Me

I am a qualified Rehabilitation Counsellor and Pet Grief specialist, with a compassionate and trauma-informed approach. I support people living with disability, mental health challenges, and complex life transitions. My practice is grounded in client autonomy, deep listening, and evidence-based care.


How I Can Support You

Under the NDIS, Rehabilitation Counselling can help you:

  • Work through grief and loss (including pet loss)
  • Build emotional resilience
  • Reconnect with personal strengths
  • Develop life skills, coping strategies, and confidence
  • Navigate major life transitions (e.g., returning to study/work, dealing with change)
  • Improve mental wellbeing and quality of life

All sessions are tailored to your goals and comfort level. We can meet in person, via phone, or via secure video.

If you or your Support Coordinator need assistance linking counselling to your NDIS plan, I’m happy to provide documentation or liaise directly.

Getting Started

  2. Complete intake form (online or paper).
  3. Choose a session time that suits you.

You are welcome to bring a support person to sessions.
